Description	Our client is a listed industrial company with a wide range of activities. One of their divisions operating out of more than 20 countries, with a turnover of 325 mill. euro, is currently seeking to attract a new CFO.
Position	Participate in key decisions as a member of the Board Report financial results and risk issues to the Board Operate as a contact person for the Group regarding financing, insurances, cash & treasury, taxes, (internal) audit, governance, legal matters etc. and is part of the Group’s Senior Finance Team Planning & control cycle , ensuring a timely, accurate and effective reporting Manage accounting, legal, tax and treasury departments Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations Oversee the company’s transaction processing systems Understand and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile Plan, follow-up and coordinate all audit activities Participate in mergers & acquisitions and divestments projects
Profile	The candidate CFO has a master’s degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent business experience 15 yrs +, industry experience, of which 5 to 8 yrs preferably gained working as FD/CFO in a sizable international business on a Opco and/or Divisional level Experience in partnering with an executive team High level of written and oral communication skills Fluent in Dutch, English and German (spoken and written) Willing to travel regularly in and outside Europe
