| Description |
Our client is start/scale up company part of a quoted real estate group. Their operation in The Netherlands is about to expand rapidly. In order to build up their Management team they are now looking to strenghten their executive team with a Finance Director Netherlands. He/she will report to the Group CFO and works closely with the MD Netherlands. |
| Position |
- Participating in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Develop financial strategies and evaluate tax consequences
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Manage the accounting, legal, tax and treasury departments
- Oversee the financial operations of any subsidiary companies
- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
- Implement locally IT, HR, legal and other support function plans
- Report financial results to the Group Management
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts, Arrange for debt financing
- Maintain good banking relationships
- Represent the company with investment bankers and investors

| Profile |
- University degree in finance and economy
- Strong financial, tax and accounting background; experience on similar position of 5 – 10
years
- Having worked in Real Estate is a must
- Strong risk management skills
- Networking approach & excellent ability to guide, coach and mentor others
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership, management and entrepreneurial skills
- Fluency in English is a must
